Berman Graphics
Berman Graphics is a division of Joel Berman Glass Studios that deals with photographic images and graphic designs applied to glass through a variety of techniques.
Joel Berman Glass Studios can provide a solution to virtually any requirement involving photorealistic images and designs on glass.
We are pleased to introduce a new collection that translates Maharam's textile designs onto glass. Part of the growing Berman Graphics: Print offering, the Maharam Collection will debut at NeoCon 2012.

Our print techniques include:
- Berman Graphics: Print UV – images printed with UV Inkjet with resolutions of 1500dpi and up to 7 layers printed at the same surface location, then laminated. The Maharam collection is printed using this technique. See more.
- Berman Graphics: Print – ceramic ink applied directly to the glass surface, then fused for permanency
- Berman Graphics: Laminated – images printed to PET foil film, then laminated between panels of transparent flat glass
- Berman Graphics: Screen – images are screen-printed or roll-coated directly to the glass surface using ceramic frit ink, then heat treated for permanent adhesion
- Berman Graphics: Engrave – monochrome images laser-engraved directly onto the glass surface, or onto color-coated glass
- Berman Graphics: Carve – graphic designs sandblasted directly onto the glass surface providing bas relief carving

Berman Graphics: Print

This technique involves digital printing of high resolution images and graphic designs directly onto the surface of flat glass panels using specialized ceramic inks, then heating the panels to permanently bond the ink to the glass.

Berman Graphics: Laminated
This technique involves the printing of high resolution images to PET foil film, a 0.125mm thick transparent polyester material, then laminating the film between panels of glass.

- Color: photographic quality dye used for wide color range and intensity
- Panel size: 55"x12ft *larger sizes available on custom basis

Berman Graphics: Screen
This technique involves silk screening or roll-coating ceramic frit ink directly onto the glass surface then fusing the ink to the glass by heating, resulting in superior adhesion and permanency.
