Architectural Glass is Key Element in Las Vegas Home

However, glass isn’t the only translucent material used. As the core of the home, the gallery also provides a vista through to the mirage-like swimming pool. The theme of water (a nod to the client’s enthusiasm for scuba diving) is continued with several water features, including a water wall that curves around one side of the gallery.

The rest of the house is designed for family living. The majority of walls are painted soft white to allow the various textures and architectural details to take prominence. The walls also provide a neutral backdrop for displaying the client’s extensive art collection. There was to have been much more metal used throughout the house, but the client decided to opt for more wood instead.
