Walls
that wow
Glass
Glass walls are about as dramatic as you can get. We're talking patterns
and colors of all kinds here. Joel Berman Glass Studios, based in Vancouver,
recently opened a showroom at the Merchandise Mart. The company creates
glass and plastic in opaque and translucent forms. Panels work for walls,
and the company has products that can be used for floors, stairs and
railings, too. The company's latest designs cast glass into different
textures, including one that looks like rippled sheet metal and another
inspired by wrinkled paper. The corrugated
glass starts at $50 a square foot.
