No consequential damages resultant from installation of its product will be assumed. The exclusive responsibility of Joel Berman Glass Studios International Ltd. will be to replace defective product without any cost of removal, replacement, or related costs, FOB the same point of destination to which the original product was supplied. The warranty applies only to the purchaser of the glass and the owner of the structure to which it is installed, provided adequate proof of purchase is furnished.

Orders for TACTILES are produced strictly on a made to order basis. No material is stocked. All orders and quantities are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser or their representatives.

A 50% deposit is required upon placement of an order. The order will be scheduled for production upon receipt of the required deposit. Both the Purchase Order and the deposit must be received prior to commencement of production. The balance of payment is due when the order is ready to ship. All payments must be in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or wire transfer.
